Hey everyone!! So I had my best friend up this weekend visiting and she's also on a weight loss journey. We made a BOMB ASS dinner.


Boneless skinless chicken thighs pan seared

Seasoned w/ salt, pepper, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes

Red onion thinly sliced sautéed with chicken

Add a can of crushed tomatoes to the chicken pan once cooked and let simmer for 10-15


In a separate pan one bag of hearts of palm linguini sautéed in any king of bone broth you have ( we used beef) and added some onion. One entire bag is only 60cals and we split that.


Then serve chicken over the hearts of palm with the sauce. Y'all... it was AMAZING


227 calories for a very hearty and filling hot meal.
