Gift Cards
Gift cards are electronic and can be purchased in office or over the phone
Billing & Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cherry, and Care Credit.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 48 hours notice. This will allow us to fill the appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment a $100 fee will be charged.
Deposit
We really value our patients time and want to give you the best experience possible. Before your appointment, we require a non refundable deposit to secure the booking. This will be deducted later from your service fee. If you reschedule more than 3 times, the deposit will be forfeited & removed from your virtual wallet. You will need to place a new deposit to book your next appointment.
Running Late
Due to the scheduling of appointments, lateness of more than 15 minutes may require us to reschedule. The cancellation fee will apply.

We are located at 453 Route 211 East Suite 210 Middletown, NY 10940 in between Wendy's & You You. Please park in the back of the building where the Military offices are located.
