Good morning everyone !
I'm seeing that everyone is having results and I am here for it 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I just wanted to say that slow and steady wins the race! We have to remember that our lifestyle previous to the medication is what lead us to needing/wanting this medication to better ourselves! That didn't happen overnight therefore the results won't happen overnight either! We want a slow steady loss for longevity of results ! I'm sure we have all tried a crash diet that didn't yield the results we wanted over time !
I wanted to share more insight to my journey as I'm down 60 pounds now! This has been over 7 months now! I had weeks I gained. Weeks I plateaued . And weeks I lost!
Please remember that our lifestyle modification outside of the medication is important too! I encourage you to move those bodies and make healthy choices too!
Sleep deprivation, hormone changes, stress, etc. can all affect our daily weigh ins! Remember that MONTHS is the goal here- don't be so hard on yourself if week by week you are seeing small changes. Small changes = Big win! We will all see changes at different rates but that doesn't mean our end result won't be the same !
I know you will all feel how I am feeling in do time and I can't wait to see you all win!!!!!
Have a great day!
Maybe you are the right person to ask since you’ve taken it the longest. Did you ever experience any side effects? Lately I’ve been dizzy/light headed, having headaches & heart palpitations.
