I am now in maintenance phase! I have not injected for a few weeks now however it is time to! I definitely feel my appetite creeping back up!
Logging my food in my fitness pal helps keep me accountable so I can really see what I am taking in! it is linked right to the app for all to use as well!
I did about 10 weeks. I’m also in the gym 5 days a week and I am working with a nutritionist ……. More details on that to come 😉 I inject sporadically now when I feel the appetite being more difficult to fight off but always conscious of my food choices these days!
