Week 1 I lost 6lb, then I came down with covid and lost 1lb (I was laying in bed for a straight week), and I did my third injection yesterday. I'm feeling better so I went on my Peloton yesterday and today. I'm aiming to go on my Peloton at least 4 days a week!
My stomach has gone down, maybe it was bloat? I don't know, but this pic makes me want to work on my arms lol. 😝😝
I'm not comfortable sharing a picture but I'm hoping by doing so it will encourage you guys to as well :) I thought 7lbs wasn't much but I'm happier oooking at this then the scale!
