Hi! I was wondering if everyone has been following a certain diet with the shot? I just had my second shot on Tuesday and have only lost 2 ounces 😅 I havent been eating bad at all. I still have an appetite but have noticed the last few days I don't eat as much and feel full. Hoping to start seeing some results though!
