Weight Loss Simplified

Hi there! So I switched from oral to injection yesterday. Some waves of nausea that was not awful and i focused today on having a good breakfast, light lunch and now a nice dinner. 72 oz of water in going to shoot for another 24 oz if I can. Tomorrow's plan is a nice walk and trying to increase my water intake again. ☺️
