Hi everyone! My name is Gina - I just turned 30 the day before I gave birth to my spontaneous triplet girls on 12/29/22. I also have a sweet one and a half year old son - yes, you read that right - I have 4 under 2 ! My husband and I run a family sanitation business, and we are always busy - and on the go. I want to get my life and my health back on track so I can be the best mommy, wife and version of myself that I can be. I am excited about this health journey with you all!!
