Does anyone have a healthy crockpot recipe to share? Or a healthy but hearty winter recipe? This weather is making me hungry!

I have an old weight watchers recipe that someone gave me years ago- Bonless/skinless chicken breasts (I use 3 or 4) 1 packet of low sodium taco seasoning 1 can cream of condensed soup 1 can of black beans 1 jar of salsa 1 can corn Mix everything together in the crockpot (yes it will look gross) then add in the chicken breast and cover them as much as possible with the mixture you just made. Cover and cook on high for 6hr or until the chicken is easy to shred. I will usually check the chicken around the 5hr mark and shred it and then throw it back in to cook in the mix for the last hour! This will make ALOT and you will def have leftovers! We have served it over Rice, in a wrap and I love it plain with some shredded cheese sprinkles on-top!
