Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you are all doing well. Wanted to share a progress note with everyone 🥰 I have been on the program since the first week of December and started with the oral product and since then have moved to the injectable with awesome success. At 4'11" I have lowered my BMI to normal and am down 14 pounds. I have my inflammation under control and feel the best I have in close to 10 years. I feel as if I got my health back! So fortunate to work with Amanda Rand who motivates me, gives me the courage to stand out and face the haters.... for all here on the journey- be proud of you!
